Third District Congressman Kevin Yoder will be address the Johnson County Republican Party Elephant Club, Sept. 18, at the Hereford House, 5001 Town Center Drive, Leawood. Registration and networking begins at 11:30 a.m. with the program and the lunch beginning promptly at noon. The meeting ends at 1 p.m. The cost is $30 for members and $40 for non-members.
