Olathe man’s remains found in Wyoming

The Olathe Police Department was notified by Law Enforcement Officers in the Casper, Wy., area that human skeletal remains were found by hunters. These remains have been confirmed to be those of Bradyn Fuksa.

Wyoming authorities do not suspect any criminal activity associated with Bradyn’s death.

Bradyn was last seen in the Olathe area on July 15, 2009. The last known contact with Bradyn was July 19, 2009, when he had a flat tire on his 1996 Ford Explorer south of Wheatland, Wy.

Bradyn’s vehicle was found abandoned later in the day in Converse County, Wy.

9 more at Northwest test positive for TB

Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) and Johnson County Department of Health and Environment (JCDHE) report that out of the 218 individuals tested for tuberculosis (TB) at Olathe Northwest High School on May 5th, nine (9) people have tested positive for the infection.

Health officials have called those with positive TB infection test results and letters were mailed to the homes of those with negative test results (no infection). Anyone with questions about their results can call the JCDHE TB phone line 913-826-1224. Continue reading
