Library parking lot closed during Old Settlers

The parking Lot at the Olathe Downtown Library, 201 E. Park, will be closed
beginning at 6 p.m., September 7 through Saturday, September 10.
The parking lot will be reopened on Sunday, September 11.

There will be no access to the material return boxes located in
front of the library due to Chestnut Street being closed
during the three-day-festivities.

We’ll be open and, of course, we would love for you to visit, but we want you to be aware of some adjustments during this time.  The library parking lot will be used for Old Settlers’ events beginning at 6 p.m., September 6 – 10 and will not be available for parking.  In addition, the material return drive-up boxes located at the front of the library will not be available due to Chestnut Street being closed.

So, if you do come visit us, plan on using the parking garage across from the library or street parking.  Or visit our Indian Creek Branch Library, 13511 S. Mur-Len Road, Suite 129 in the Olathe Santa Fe Square Shopping Center (next to Saver’s) if you want to avoid the downtown crowds.

Don’t forget, you can return your materials to any of our other off-site locations:
