Carl William Primm, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2016, at home after long term illness at the age of 87.
A Celebration Reception will be held from 11am-1pm, Saturday, July 9, 2016, at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home, 105 E. Loula St, Olathe, Kansas. Private graveside services will be held at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Olathe.
Carl was born July 16, 1928 to Mary Myrtle (Hutchison) and Carl William Primm Sr. Carl served his country in the Army during the Korean War. He was a graduate of Pittsburg State University and resident of Olathe since 1949. He retired from Farmers Insurance Group, was former President of Johnson County Farm Bureau and a member of the First Baptist Church of Olathe.
Mr. Primm was preceded in death in 2004 by his wife Freida Marie (Ziesch) Primm.
He is survived by one son Barry Primm and wife Tsetsegmaa Baljinnyam; two sisters, Mary Eva (Ruben) Taylor and Elaine Harding; four grandchildren, Alaina, Alexander, Khat’Na and Amelia and numerous nieces and nephews.
