Mary Ann Hann, 60, of Gardner, KS passed away June 24, 2015 at Olathe Medical Center.

Funeral Service 1:00 pm Wed., July 1, 2015 at Bruce Funeral Home, Gardner, KS (913) 856-7111. Visitation 6-8 pm Tue., June 30, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial follows at Johnson County Memorial Gardens, Overland Park, KS.
Memorial may be made to ALS – Mid-America Chapter or the charity of your choice.

Mary Ann was born Aug. 26, 1954 in Kansas City, MO to Raymond Carl and Mary Ruth (Walker) Casey. She graduated from Gardner High School. Mary Ann retired from Southwestern Bell in Olathe, became a certified EMT, worked for USD #231 and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office as a civilian specialist. She married Donald Lynn Hann, Sr. on May 12, 1991 in Gardner. Mary Ann was a member of Overland Park Christian Church. She was a supporter of the ALS Assoc. and immersed herself in taking care of others. Mary Ann recently rode the “world’s largest zip line” while in Alaska and named a whale after her beloved husband. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, infant daughter Katina Lee Hendricks and husband Don. Mary Ann is survived by son Christopher and Annika Hendricks, Gardner, KS; her father Raymond Casey and his wife Peggy, Mission, KS; sister Kathi and husband Mike Flynn, Gardner, KS; brothers Carl Casey and wife Cathy, Lenexa, KS, Michael and wife Karen Casey and Scott and Jada Casey both of Gardner, KS; many nieces, nephews, a great-niece and great-nephews.
