1939-2015
Shirley Ann Williams, 76, of Spring Hill, KS passed away June 15, 2015 at Kansas City Hospice House after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.

Visitation with the family is Monday, June 22, 2015 from 10-11:30 am, at Bruce Funeral Home, 712 S Webster Street, Spring Hill, KS, 913-592-2244. Graveside service will follow at 12:30 pm at Bucyrus Cemetery, 24030 Quivira Rd., Bucyrus, KS. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Rd., Kansas City, MO, 816-941-1000.

Shirley was born to Alfred and Anna (Metzler) Larson on January 9, 1939, in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from Spring Hill High School in 1957 and has been a life-long resident. Shirley was an avid reader, enjoyed to cook and bake, crochet, and spent her love and attention caring for people in their homes. The most important things to Shirley is her Savior Jesus Christ, her family, supporting ministries around the world, and the church she fellowshipped all these years with, Jubilee Family Ministry Center.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived and was so proud of her children: Todd (Lea Anne) Williams, Brad (Melisa) Williams, all of Olathe, KS and Brian Williams, Spring Hill, KS; five grandchildren; and sisters, Nancy Young, Olathe, KS and Joyce Caruthers, Wellsville, KS.
